Delete your Teamsheet account

Step-by-step guidance to request account deletion and understand what happens next.

You can request deletion of your Teamsheet account at any time.

In-app account deletion

  1. Open Teamsheet and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm the request.

If you cannot access your account

Email support@teamsheet.app from your account email address. Include a short note describing the issue so we can verify and process your request quickly.

What happens after you request deletion

  • Your profile and account details are permanently removed.
  • You are removed from all teams.
  • Your stats and activity history are deleted or anonymised.
  • Messages you sent may remain visible to other users, but are no longer linked to your account.

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
